Construction of 6 structures for ‘flyovers’ of Hwy 401, ramps and tunnel, for the Rt. Hon. Herb Grey Parkway, a new 6-lane, 11 km freeway, separating local and international traffic, and improving traffic flow for area residents and movement through the Windsor-Detroit border, Canada’s busiest gateway.

Key Elements:

6 post-tensioned (130m and 230m) structures with cast-in-place concrete abutments, piers, post-tensioning ductwork, reinforcing steel and deck
4 super-elevated structures with S-curve alignment
Tunnel structure of poured concrete abutments and deck, for below ground passage of Hwy #3
Foundation for at-ground level pedestrian park and pathway
